Main Author
Katy Inglis is the main author of Not Just Another PhD, and is currently a second year PhD student at the University of Dundee. Her thesis is examining the links between manipulation of belief and eye movement behaviour. Katy graduated from the University of Dundee in June 2010 with a 1st Class MA (Hons) in Psychology before taking a year out to work as an Assistant Psychologist. After deciding categorically that Clinical Psychology was not for her, she returned to the University of Dundee in 2011 to begin her PhD. She is a big Pokémon fan, likes to go see new films, and is currently planning her wedding.
Guest Authors
Dr Juliet Wakefield is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Dundee. Her PhD examined the act of help-seeking, and she graduated from the University of Dundee in June 2011. She is now working on a four-year ESRC-funded project, which is a longitudinal and cross-national study on the effects of identification with groups. Juliet loves horror films and has fantastic owl-themed decorations in her office.
